Prime Mental Care was founded in 2021 with a singular mission, to focus on helping our clients to build the skills and support systems they need to live independent and healthy lives in our community. We understand that every individual is unique, capable and worthy of the chance to live a happier life while thriving in their homes, relationships and communities.
Our focus is to identify the unique challenges, needs and goals of our clients and assist them in achieving these goals through the use of proven techniques and teaching, connections to valuable community resources, coordination and collaboration with other providers and by strengthening the family unit or the clients own personal support systems. We want to help people live a better life, one relationship at a time.
